How long does a custom ring design take?
Most custom pieces are ready in 2 to 4 weeks. We walk you through sketches and wax models first, so nothing moves forward until you are happy with the direction.
Can you size a ring I already own?
Yes. We size rings up or down right in our Sterling Heights workshop while you wait. Simple sizing takes about 30 minutes. Heavier work may need a day or two.
How do you determine the value of my gold?
We weigh your gold on a certified scale, test the karat purity, and quote you a price based on that day's market rate. No guessing. No pressure.
Do I need an appointment for an appraisal?
Appointments are not required but they help us give your piece the time it deserves. Just call (586) 795-9145 or stop in Monday through Saturday.
What should I bring when selling gold or diamonds?
Bring the pieces themselves. If you have original paperwork or a previous appraisal, that helps us confirm details but is not required at all.
